Bioinformatics Analyst
Amitha is a bioinformatics analyst who joined the lab in January 2025. She earned her B.Tech in Computer Science from Keshav Memorial Institute of Technology and her M.S. in Computer Science from the University of South Florida. Her work focuses on developing cloud-based infrastructure for SLEAP. Amitha brings experience in building scalable backend systems, containerized services, and cloud-native tools using technologies like AWS, Docker, Spring, and React.
