Kaela Evans
Research Assistant
Kaela (“Kai”) is a research assistant who joined the lab in October 2023, jointly supervised by Eiman Azim. She received her BS in Neuroscience from UCLA, after which she worked with Anne Churchland funded by a Simons Collaboration on the Global Brain undergraduate fellowship. In the lab, she is working on developing large-scale automated phenotyping systems for characterizing the progression of neurodegenerative diseases.
